Userform to specific, and set location on worksheet.

I have a Userform, Height 675, width 519 that I want to place on a specific worksheet, (Sheet1) but have it stay on one location on that sheet only. I want it to be in the center of the sheet (any range for now), but have it stay only on that sheet and only in that location.

Is this possible? Can someone help get me started?
