How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)

How I understand you need this:

Code:
Sub Macro_Replace()
    Range("A1:A50").Replace What:="*JACK*", Replacement:="JACK"
End Sub
