Using find and replace with wildcard

hello all,

i have data this below :

JACK MANHOLD
SISCA JACK HOLAND
ANDREW JACK

i am using FIND text "JACK" and getting/REPLACE then the final result :
is only text "JACK"

could you help me, with some wildcard...

thanks for your help....

How I understand you need this:
