using hyperlink to save spread sheets

Hi everybody , I have been working on an excel spread sheet at work that has several pages which works out different things and information is added which I would like to save and able to recall at a later date. I have set up some hyperlinks to navigate through the pages . I was wondering if anyone knows if there is way to hyperlink to the save box and save the information on all the pages in a kind of index .Then load a blank spread sheet so the process can be done again
