Can anyone suggest an easy formula for the following vacation accrual:

0-1 year 4 hrs per month
2-4 years 8 hrs per month
5-10 years 12 hours per month
10+ years 15 hours per month

Accrual is based on date of hire

Re: Vacation Accrual Formula Help

If A1 contains date of hire...
=LOOKUP(DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y"),{0,2,5,10},{4,8,12,15})&" hrs per month"
