validation list of two valies

following is my data

CODE	MATERIAL 1	MATERIAL 2
111	150 X 215	400X00
123	150 X 215
124		500 C 1
112	150 X 215	24.5

MY QUERY IS
When I enter Code in one cell., then the other cell validation list only contain material 1 and material 2 values
for example: for Code 112, validation list should be 150 x 215 & 24.5
