Variable Data Validation?

We have a spreadsheet with a dropdown that only allows "Yes" or "No" in column D
A user now want to change this so that if cells Ax Bx or Cx are "ABC", "DEF" or "GHI" then Dx should only have the "No" option. I've not been playing with Excel as much of late and am very rusty, but I have a sneaking suspicion that he is asking to much, but I'd be delighted if someone would prove me wrong!

Thanks for your time.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
See if this is any use.

I have named the range F1:F2 as YesNo
I have named the range F2 as No

Data Validation in D3 as shown.
