VBA 2007 Checkboxes

I am using VBA 2007 and making a form to use for a database. The information I am putting into the database is from a survey and many questions have check boxed answers. I have made a working code that inputs the data accurately, but I am wondering if there is a way to change the output which is a box that is checked from "TRUE/FALSE" to "YES" is checked and blank if unchecked.

I could not find a clear answer on google.

I don't have any experience in this so use terms a beginner would know Thanks!
