VBA code to update all powerpoint links set to Manual

Does anyone know a VBA code that will refresh all links in PowerPoint set to manual update. It takes a long time to update each link individually. The links are to excel pivot table and charts. I don't want to set to automatic as I want control as to when the charts refresh from source. Thanks
