Good afternoon.

I would like a macro whereby if D3 = "Exempt", column I disappears.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.

Here is code that will run automatically upon cell D3 being updated.
Right-click on the sheet tab name at the bottom of the screen, select "View Code", and paste this code in the resulting VB Editor window:
Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

' Run if value in D3 changes
    If Target.Address(0, 0) = "D3" Then
        Columns("I:I").EntireColumn.Hidden = (Target = "Exempt")
    End If

End Sub
