VBA - Pivot Table with rolling months

Hi.
I have a report with a rolling date field from an OLAP cube - eg sales for previous 3 months March, April and May are shown. So in Junes report I want to update this rolling 3 month period to then show April, May and June.

I can do this with a macro but only if i have a specific macro for each month telling it specifically what month to take off and what month to add on - this there a way to do this with one macro rather than 12?! Ie tell it to take off and add this month so i can run the same macro at the start of each month?

Hello and welcome to The Board.
You did not say which verson of Excel is being used but, for Excel 2003 and later - if the data is updated to the same range of cells in your workbook, so that it can be set as a 'List' (2003) or 'Table' (2007/2010), you should be able to give the range a 'name' and use that name as the data source for your pivot table.
Once the data is updated in your workbook, you should then only have to refresh the pivot table.

Thanks for your reply. Yes its 2007. Im not sure this will do what I am looking for as this is an OLAP cube not a pivot table I have created myself - therefore explaining why I want the macro to pick up the next week and drop off the previous – so the actual the date range is irrelevant really. Do you know if this is possible with a macro?
