VBA to delete cells and shift the cells to left

I am trying to delete the cells and make the data on the right to shift to the left (after deletion)
There are multiple lines with blanks in the middle.

In this case I need a VBA where I can delete the blanks E3754 to G3754 and the respective cells (H,I,J) shift to the left.

If you turn on your Macro Recorder, and record yourself doing it manually, it will show you what the VBA code you need looks like.
