I've been scouring the message boards for a solution, tried combining codes to achieve what I want but nothing seems to work.

I want users to be able to access a protected excel sheet form held on a local network drive. They need to be able to complete their details, then send it to a person that they specify (prompt popup) for them to complete the form, then submit it to a predetermined email address.

in other words
Person A fills in their half, emails to person B (variable).
Person B completes form and emails to admin email address specified in code.

the ron bruin links don't contain what I need, so please don't direct me there.

I really hope someone can help, and I'm kinda surprised nobody has had this problem before

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
