I am fond of Gold price monitoring.

My favorite source is given below:

XAU USD Historical Data - Investing.com

I need to automatically down-load data from row reading
date to the last row that is having the date. Totally 27 rows,
the first containing headings like date, Last, Open, etc and
the last containing data starting with date, etc.

Is there a way I don't have to copy it but make a web-query
that will automatically import necessary data into an excel
sheet ? I am aware of web-query but don't know how to
do it in this case, as sometimes an advertisement appears
first when you go for the URL. I asked the site owners to help
but pursuing the work independently also.
