Web query error!

Hi
i used to get data from a web site using power query, Last year query was working fine..

but when i try to get data now error message shows Details: "Access to the resource is forbidden."

is the issue from query or no way to access the site.

May be a permissions problem.
I dont know much about this but a googling suggested "editing Global permission" solved their problem.
