Weighted Percentage Complete

I need help in creating the formula to perform weighted percentage complete calculations.

Say I have 5 job tasks to complete one roll up tasks. I want to weight task one as 30%, task 2 at 10%, task 3 at 15%, task 4 at 5%, and task 5 at 40%- or whatever the weight may be (i would like them to be seperate input fields so different tasks can be weighted different ways). So for example if task one is 100%, then the total weighted completion percentage of the entire roll up tasks would show 30%.

I would then like to weight multiple roll up tasks into the percentage completion for the total project percentage complete. i.e. rollup task 1-10 are weighted 10% even for each task. You have task 1 at 50% and task 2 at 100%- and the remaining 8 task at 0%; then the weighted completion percentage of the whole project would be 15%. But would also like to be able to adjust each roll up task so that they are not necessarily all equally weighted.
