Where are you add-ins stored? Do they start up automatically? For this to work properly, your add-ins should be stored in C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns

I have placed the workbooks containing the macros in the folder C:\Users\DMAKUMBI\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns but they do not load up. When I try to load them using File>Options>Add-Ins>Com Add-Ins, I get the message that they are not valid Office Add-Ins. The macros are in Excel workbooks.
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to create and use and Excel Add-in in all the Excel Workbooks. An add-in can be useful when you have to repeat tasks.
