Hi, does anyone know a way to give a hash value of a whole excel workbook?

I need to quickly compare two workbooks that have 20+ tabs as quickly as possible, without uploading them to a dodgy website.

If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Hi, thanks for the link

Unless I'm mistaken, this won't work. As the date/time of saves could/would be different, the metadata would be different, which would change the hash value

I've never used the FCIV utility in the link, but I assume it only reads the specified file contents without changing the modified date/time or any other metadata in the file.
