Worksheet_Change to Highlight Changes

I'm trying to find code (I can't write my own yet) that will highlight any cells that have been changed with fill color and bold font. I've searched around the forum and come up with the code below so far. It's not working - when I make a change to a cell and hit enter, it highlights and bolds the cell BELOW the one that changed! Can anyone help?

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Application.EnableEvents = False
With Selection.Font
.Name = "Calibri"
.FontStyle = "Bold"
.Size = 11
.Strikethrough = False
.Superscript = False
.Subscript = False
.OutlineFont = False
.Shadow = False
.Underline = xlUnderlineStyleNone
.ThemeColor = xlThemeColorLight1
.TintAndShade = 0
.ThemeFont = xlThemeFontMinor
End With
With Selection.Interior
.Pattern = xlSolid
.PatternColorIndex = xlAutomatic
.Color = 49407
.TintAndShade = 0
.PatternTintAndShade = 0
End With
Application.EnableEvents = True
End Sub

Thanks!

You would not need to give anyone the password and the sheet would only be unprotected during the code execution and then the password would be applied again. But if the password were to change then the code would need to be changed also, so unfortunately there isn't really a simple way around this.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hello,
I have been reading through your thread and hope you might be able to assist me. I have added all the code into "immediate" window within the VBA area, however it does not work? Am I placing the code in the correct area?
Thanks - any help is greatly appreciated

Welcome to the Board!

The actual code needs to go in the sheet code section, not the immediate window. The immediate window was only used to turn evens back on.

Hope that helps.
