Calculate bank fees

Hi guys
I need a formula to calculate bank fees for purchase using excel, you'll find the fees details in the end of this post, however, my bank balance was 2.87€. The product I bought cost 2.81€.
After the purchase was done, I noticed that the bank took out 0.12€ as fees and then my balance account has become (-0.06€).

The bank fees as it was stated : 0.10€ + 1.2%

I understand that 0.1+1.2% = 0.12€ (fees), but I want to know how this calculation was done.

if you can provide a formula to calculate this bank fees in excel so that it will be easier for me for the next operations.

Interesting ... it should have been 13 instead of 12. Are they giving you a 1 pt (?) discount for some reason to make it 12 ?
