Formula: =DATEDIF(E148,F148,"y")

I want it to be able to return back 11 Years 10 months. Currently it just returns back 11 years. I have tried "my" and "m", "y" but still not working. thanks for the help!

You need two DATEDIFS like this

=DATEDIF(E148,F148,"y")&" y "& DATEDIF(E148,F148,"ym")&" m"
<strike></strike>
