Enable locked cells in protected sheet with userinterfaaceonly

HI All

i have a workbook with sheet "1"
when i open workbook this code is runs and works..
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Sheets("1").Activate
With Sheets("1")
.EnableAutoFilter = True
.EnableOutlining = True
.EnableSelection = xlNoRestrictions
.Protect Password:="Secret", Contents:=True, UserInterFaceOnly:=True, AllowFormattingColumns:=True

End Sub
but when i want to select locked cells of sheet 1 with tab , i can't select.. why? i can't understand....

please tell me. where is error and how can i remove it..
