formula to duplicates but only if the week number is diffrent?

hi,

please help

im trying to find a formula to find duplicates numbers but only if the week number is diffrent than the one im on, please see below

wk	number	formula for duplicate?
8	990787	yes
8	978467	no
8	979784	no
9	498465	no
9	498465	no
9	954679	no
10	990787	yes
10	990787	yes
10	100000	no

<tbody>
</tbody>

if the number is duplicate but its only on that week it needs to still say no, but if the number shows on a any other week it needs to say yes
