Hi, All. I have a document that has a large pivot table and I'd like to be able to reference the cells from the Pivot to another sheet but have return the values, not the source. Is there a way to do this? Maybe with a helper or script?

Thanks!
Kristin

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Hi Kristin,

When you say "reference the cells", do you mean point to the values in the PivotTable using formula links? Or not having GetPivotData functions when you create formulas to point to the table? The latter can be turned off in PivotTable Tools -> Analyze -> PivotTable - Options drop down.

"but have return the values, not the source" - are you saying just the results with hard-coded numbers? What do you mean by "values" and "source"?

Are you trying to copy the entire PivotTable? Or just refer to portions of it?
