copy and paste numbers start with 0s

Hi
I have these numbers, please see below and I am copying them lets say from notepad and want to paste them in excel but I do not want excel to remove 0 from the beginning of these number?
How can I do that? Thank you so much.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
You should first change destination cells to text (not general).

Then paste "match destination format", this is the second icon in my paste menu or when right click in cell
