I don't know if this is even possible, but if it is and someone knows how to do it, I sure would like that knowledge.

I have a workbook that is being treated as a controlled document. I need to protect the entire sheet from format changes. However, at the same time, I need to be able to have two of those columns operate on a separate password. Basically, I am able to revise the entire document and formatting, everyone is able to enter data into their specified cells, but only certain individuals can be allowed to enter data into 2 of those columns without unlocking the entire document.

Any ideas?
