I have a dropdown box with several items listed: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow

I have one cell that needs to return a number (see below) based on the selection (Green, Red, Blue, Yellow) in the dropdown.

Dropdown box is cell A1 and the cell to return the value is C2

Value to return if Green is selected is 5
Value to return if Red is selected is 10
Value to return if Blue is selected is 15
Value to return if Yellow is selected is 20

Thank you so much!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Hello Rportz,

Place this Formula in C2.

=CHOOSE(MATCH(A1,{"Green","Red","Blue","Yellow"},0),5,10,15,20)
