Looping through conditional format rules on specific worksheet

Hi there, I would have thought since you can manage conditional rules per sheet, that sheet would have a property I could look though to see what conditions apply to that sheet. But instead it appears it is based on range?

Anyhow, I just want to be able to loop though conditional formatting on a sheet and look at the formulas for each rule because I want to delete a rule each time workbook opens and re-add it with extended row parameters. (This wouldn't be an issue if we could name conditional rules like we do with named ranges). Thanks for any direction.
