Good afternoon all. I'm wondering how to simplify conditional formatting so that I don't have to edit the rule every time I add a new pair of columns to my sheet. My formula looks at each row, if a value exists in "F", but not in "G", then color "G" red. Again for "H"+"I", "J"+"K", etc. Right now I am going back and adding in new columns to the "Applies to" section each time. Is there an easier way to cover the entire sheet? Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
Current formula: =AND(F1<>"",G1="")

McLaren,

Why can’t you copy the last two columns (that have formatting applied) and the. Paste Special Formats?

If you know VBA, this is a good area where VBA is ideal for such tasks. If not LERAN IT!
