I cant remember what i need to do.

I have a userform with a textbox.
This textbox i normally type in but now i also wish to be able to select from a drop down box / list etc

Can you advise please what it is that i need to do

Then maybe you should be using another control, say a COMBOBOX for example

Sounds like you need the Combobox which gives you the drop down function
