macro to copy files from one folder to another RANDOMLY

Hi All,
I have files in one folder and want to copy paste them to another folder in random order.
I'll appreciate very much any advise to do it automatically by a macro.

Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately the links you suggested dosen't help me much as I cannot find the exact scripts to use in my macro.
I agree that my question can be simplified to 3 steps:
1. Choosing folder1 and listing all files in that folder to first column in a worksheet (including path)
2. Shuffling the list (I can doit manually)
3. Copying each file (according to the list) from folder1 to folder2
I need more help to do this.
