Conditional Formatting

Can someone please help me, I've been stuck on this for so long.

I need to use a formula to create a conditional formatting rule that will format the values in the selected range in the dark red font color if the employees have worked overtime hours. Using relative referencing in the logical test.

There's a range for total hours, overtime hours, pay rate and gross pay. I need to select the values in gross pay column and apply a formula.

Assume 35 hours is normal .
In CF highlight cells for hours worked.
Select Cell value is greater than 35
Select Red Pattern

I need to use a formula.

Select these cells and in CF put this formula
=B2>35
Select pattern and then go OK.
