If I want a Form to 'remember' some values I can't unload it and then use Property Get? Correct?
The right way woudl be to Hide the Form only.

Then the Form Variables using Get will work 100%. This is no need to ever unload the Form?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
I have used that before. I don't why it wasn't reliable across workbooks

I would just create a Public variable in a Standard module instead.
