Wonder if anyone can help me. I am wanting to create a league table based on peoples sales. I am planning on separating the sales team into two worksheets. one for used one for new. the format below is what i will have on each worksheet. what i want to do is then create a separate worksheet with some drop downs on. the drop downs will have each of the month on. when the month is selected it will show a league table of the sales people with their sales for that month on it. sorted obviously so the person with the most is at the top.

how difficult is this to produce. i am more than happy to get the information i need into one organised spreadsheet. my issue is the creation of the drop downs and then it showing the correct information based on it. Also will i need to take into consideration if there are new starters. how would i make sure that drop downs will include new sales people in the tables. similarly i will need to hide, remove people if they have left (by their end date). so from below people like Bobby would only appear on the Jan table as he left the end of Jan, Emma wouldnt be on the Jan table because she didnt start till feb. and so on.
