Identifying duplicate values in a range based on another criteria of duplicates

I am trying to find a formula that allows me to do the following in order:
1) If the group ID is the same AND (2) if the Part # is the same as the (3) Part # with the minimum group price, highlight this.

For example below, I want to highlight part # MPN1 because it is has the same GroupID and Part # as the Part with lowest group price for group ABC:

GROUPID	PART #	PRICE	MIN GROUP PRICE
ABC	MPN1	1.00	0.50
ABC	MPN1	0.50	0.50
ABC	MPN4	1.00	0.50
DEF	MPN3	2.00	1.50
DEF	MPN3	2.50	1.50
DEF	MPN5	1.50	1.50

Select columns A:C, click Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a formula > and enter:

=AND($B1=INDEX($B:$B,MATCH(MIN(IF($A$1:$A$100=$A1,$C$1:$C$100)),IF($A$1:$A$100=$A1,$C$1:$C$100),0)),$A1<>"")

and select your fill color. If you have column D, you can shorten the formula to:

=AND($B1=INDEX($B:$B,MATCH($D1,IF($A$1:$A$100=$A1,$C$1:$C$100),0)),$A1<>"")
