Hello All

I'm trying to alphabetize an array. The list is columns B through K with columns G and H merged (which is causing my problem...) and the whole thing starts on row 3 and goes down to row 52. Anyone know any vba to get around this. I was trying to get excel to record my sorting so I would have the vba function but I can't sort with those merged cells "not being the same size."

thanks for the help!

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hi,

The end of all your current ... and future headaches ...

UNMERGE ...

If you are talking about a worksheet which you will be relying on ... you will have to ...

Do not forget Excel is NOT a useless word processor ...

In my opinion, MERGING cells is a feature which should be entirely REMOVED from Excel ...!!!

unmerged....that was actually a lot less painless than I expected. For some reason I had forgotten it wouldn't affect my vlookup formulas (hundreds of them....) and was afraid I was going to have to tweak all of them throughout the whole workbook..... thus I was scared but it all is good!
