Hello all, I was hoping to get some help on a formula. Usually I can find what I need by searching, but haven't been able to find something that matches this issue.

I need a formula (im guessing a vlookup) that first looks at the date and then return the number for each ID that is closest to today. So 1001 would be 16 and 1003 would be 18.

Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
