I need a Function when i Open My workbook with Lots of Sheet's Controlling Game of Dart's (Round Robin and Cup system by Draw and Seed's Of player...

The function i need is "if file with key in Specific Libary Exits then Open" Workbook

if file not exist Type "masterCode" to open Workbook

Hope that was enough info
