    I changed the H6 cell to H2 where the customer code resides and this is the name now:

    HAN659710508-12-2019 15-21-48

    I would like it to be:

    HAN6597 105 08-12-2019 15:21:48

    The first part is the customer code
    The second part is the invoice number
    The third part is the date of course
    The fourth part is the time

    Thank you

    File names cannot contain any of the following characters:
    / \: *? "<> |

    then you can use - _ or nothing, for example:

    Code:
    wFile = [H2] & " " & [H3]  & " " & Format(Now(), "mm-dd-yyyy HH-MM-SS") & ".pdf"
    Code:
    wFile = [H2] & " " & [H3]  & " " & Format(Now(), "mm-dd-yyyy HH_MM_SS") & ".pdf"
    Code:
    wFile = [H2] & " " & [H3]  & " " & Format(Now(), "mm-dd-yyyy HHMMSS") & ".pdf"

    Adjust the cells to your liking in this part: [H2] & " " & [H3] & " "

    Hi Twollaston,

    I set up some folders for the invoices.

    I am using my personal google drive to store them.
    C:\Users\BPeterson\Google Drive\Invoices\2019 and then I have Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.

    I have 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 with 3 digit months for each.

    How can the code determine the correct paths?

    Thank you so much for your help
