    as I said before
    - Close&Load to...
    - Connection only
    then
    - Insert
    - Pivot Table
    - Use an external data source
    - Choose connection
    - select your Query Table
    - Open
    - select destination place
    - OK

    what does that mean: combine multiple columns?
    what you want to achieve before PivotTable?

    I have some columns of names in the data table and I want to combine them into one column and report by pivottable and make one slicer of the names.
