Combination Charts in Excel 97

I need to create a combination (overlay) chart depicting: (1) the price of nitrogen/ton vs. (2) the total nitrogen tons purchased. I remember years ago being able to create combination charts in Excel, however, the Chart Wizard in my Excel 97 for Windows program does not offer a Combination Chart option. Any thoughts on how I can plot these two data series in the same chart?

Click on Chart Wizard's "Custom Types" tab (nt)

I've checked the Custom Types tab, but do not have the option of "built-in," only "user-defined."
