Changing Font Properties in a combo box

Posted by Tony H on August 01, 2001 4:01 AM

Hi All,

Simple question for you guru's...

Got my combox with all it's list working fine, but the font is stuck in Arial 8pt, how do I change this, different font sizes & colours ?

Also is it possible to have an "onselectable seperater" in a combo list ?

Thanks All!

Thanks for the reply Jim,

I'm "right clicking" on my combo box selecting Properties but the only options presented are moving and sizing with or without cells, I'm obviously looking in the wrong place but it's got me beat!

Cheers,

Tony

Tony,
Keypress Alt,F11
Click on Project Explorer
Click on Forms
Scroll down to your UserForm and Dbl Click
Scoll the Properties window to "Font"
CLick on "Font" the button and make your changes

Thanks for the reply Jim,

My fault for not supplying all info, I'm not using a form, just a combo box that sits on a worksheet that links to a column of cells that supplies the combo box list, on selection I'm using a macro to navigate the user to a specific worksheet. I tried your fix and was unable to make it work. Thanks for your patience, appreciate your help!

Cheers,

Tony ,

You are using the combobox avail from the Forms toolbar.
Suggest you use the Combobox avail from the control
toolbox = ActiveX control and therefore has it's
properties and events avail to program eg Fonts etc
