Message in middle of sheet that doesn't show when printing

I would like to leave a message in the middle of a sheet that states not to type on the page. (The form pull all information from links.)
I don't want the message to show up when the form is printed. Any suggestions?

Anne, how about putting in a text box. You can format them so they are not printed. If you need any help on this let me know (not via e-mail, however, since I won't be checking it until tonight and it's 1:00 pm here).

Thanks, It took a little bit to figure how to format the box so it wouldn't print, but I got it.
