I use Excel to do Purchase Orders and Invoices. How can I use a combo box to automatically insert a company's name and address instead of having to retype it every time? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Bonnie
You don't have to use a combobox to do this,
just use the Data validation / List

Look up Online help for this;


Select from main DATA / Validation
In Data validation select Allow and
select List
In the Source RefEdit box select as range that has
your all your companies names and addresses
