Drop down list (increase size possible)

I have a data validation which makes a drop down menu with a bunch of names. However it has around 25 names, but the scroll box only goes to 10 names and then you have to click the down arrow to view the rest of the names. How can i increase the box size.

Change the number in the ListRows property for the box
