Excel Data Consolidation

Dear Friends,

I have small doubt and hope will get solution from
this board.I have two excel files.It is like linked
tables.One Column value of the first excel sheet is
present in second sheet.I want to merge them.

Can somebody help me?

Try the Concatenate Function. or try this: a1&""&b1

I use the data consolidate function. If you are working with numbers, you can consolidate various references in various files. In our case, I have a group of spreadsheets with some commonality in the filename, and with named ranges. Each named range is exactly the same in the positions of the data, ie lines of a budget. I use the consolidate function and use the common bits of the filename with wildcards and the named ranges to achieve a total budget. Can be linked or just values.
