Extracting data from WWW automatically using XL

Is it possible to extract data from a WWW page automatically from within XL?
Then using this data to generate a graph?

An example of the type of data is at
http://www.cbot.com/cbot/quotes/ag_futures/0,1858,W,00.html

How would you code this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You could have a look at Data, Get External Data, New Web Query. Once you've set up your spreadsheet you could create whatever graph you want. Updating the data would then simply be a matter of clicking the Refresh button which would connect to the data source (the Web page) and automatically update both the worksheet and your graph.
