Parsing Column Text into New Columns

I need to seperate text in a column into new columns based on a field seperator. The example cell contents below use the % seperator. How can I do this?

Use the Text To Columns feature in the Data menu.
Choose Delimited in Step 1, then put the % sign
in the Other box in Step 2. Excel will then
put each delimited entry into its own cell.
