Pick List Help

Does anyone know how to do this?

Wondering if there was a way cells in a column can only have a choice of "yes" or "no" to choose from.

Use Data>Validation. Choose the list option. In the source field, type "Yes,No" (No Quotes). Choose the drop down option if desired. You may also include a help message and/or error warning.
