Select duplicate data all at once

I have a huge Excel file (18,000 rows) where I have to take out duplicate data (a row with company name, address, ID#, etc) and put those duplicate data into a new Excel file. Is there a way for Excel to find those duplicate data all at once, such using a macro? Data is alphabetized by company name.
